Savills were using multiple suppliers across the estate to collect waste, with a non-uniform approach. As a result of the fragmented approach, Savills had low visibility of their processes, total spend on waste or levels of recycling and recovery figures.

Savills engaged with us to develop a strategy to achieve zero to landfill by the end of 2016. We delivered a uniformed approach to invoicing all waste services and provided central reporting on recycling figures and waste spend. This approach was cost-neutral.
